Within how many days can i return:
  • Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
Returning policy, read carefully:
  • You can only return, if the products: are in new/ mint condition,
    Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and with all labels.
What products can not be returned?
  • Some items are final-sale. Items like resell/ resale products, some jewelry, mouth/ facemasks, customized/ personalized products & sometimes final sale products. 
The return form:

  • Always use the return form, which is packed with your order. If it's missing, please contact us. 

Refunds

  • As soon as we received the returned parcel, we will refund the money back to you: the total amount of the returned products minus the shipping costs. If the product is damaged we will contact you. (Refunds can take 7 to 10 business days, depending on the bank)
